Call for Posters
Visitor Studies Association Annual Conference
July 13-15, 2021 | Virtual

What is a Virtual Poster Session?
The poster session has traditionally been a format for displaying and discussing project‐based work in a visual format, and that will all be true in the virtual format as well. Posters are an excellent way to present the findings of an individual project or present preliminary data and gather advice. For the 2021 poster session, presenters will create up to two slides visualizing their project and will pre-record a 2-minute video summary. Depending on the total number of posters accepted, the pre-recorded videos will either be presented as one “lightning round” session or will be available for viewing asynchronously with a dedicated time for attendees to communicate with presenters (either via breakout rooms or chat function).

Deadline: April 23, 2020

When is the Poster Session?
The time slot dedicated for the poster session will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021, from 1:15pm - 2:15pm (ET).
